KANTINEBISTRO is looking for a Chef De Partie with a fondness for the cold section!


KantineBistro is a high-quality catering company that delivers tasty and exciting dishes that span the world's cuisines.

We are currently looking for a new CDP for our green department. As the person responsible for the green department, you will be at the forefront of the development of our green and cold menu, we are therefore looking for an experienced chef with experience and creativity.

You will have to plan the menu with the other CDPs, the head chef and the sous chef.

We are looking for:

- A chef with management skills, and preferably experience with the same

- Special experience with the cold table and greens

- Preferably experience with large-scale production of food, such as catering or hotel buffets

- It is an advantage if you have worked with several different types of kitchens

- Speaking English is a requirement as we have employees from all over the world

- Good team player, as you have to delegate tasks to your department chefs, as well as plan dishes together with other departments
