Are you our new colleague? Barbo Toys is growing and is looking for a skilled, creative Industrial designer with responsibility for production management to develop our new products and learning concepts. We are currently working on giving our products a beautiful Nordic "touch".
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. In addition to beautiful products for our growing number of customers, you must be able to make great product presentations for our customer meetings. We work closely with our sister company, Forlaget Globe, and are today all together approx. 10 employees. As we are a small organization, all employees have many different tasks, and the person we are looking for must be prepared to be part of a small team.
We expect you to be super structured, detail-oriented, and a perfectionist to the graphic fingertips.
Since much communication takes place in English, written English is a prerequisite.
We imagine that you have a background with an education in design. Alternatively, you have several years of practical experience as a graphic artist or similar. You are strong in Illustrator and have good knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop. Our graphics team is responsible for communication with our suppliers, so production background and knowledge of prices is an advantage, but not a requirement.
As a person, you must be proactive and enterprising, and be able to contribute to the good atmosphere in the office. You are expected to be able to attend meetings.
