Souchef (køkken) med erfaring – Experienced (kitchen) Souschef

We are in need of a experienced Sous Chef in our kitchen, who can support our Head Chef on a daily basis.

We are looking for a Sous Chef with experience the business.

The main responsibilities are;

  • Preparation of food.
  • Assistant management of the kitchen.
  • Participation in developing menus.
  • Insurance of the gastronomic experience.
  • Participate in ensuring that the self-control programs are complied with and updated daily.
  • Responsible for arranging the ordering of the products/goods for the kitchen.

The job as our new Sous Chef is exciting work in a sometimes, hectic atmosphere. Therefore, knowledge of the industry and management is a necessity.

We offer a good salary and good working conditions and an opportunity to support our Head Chef in the daily manage of our kitchen.
